Cabinet Mine „From miner to toy makerer“

The mechanical cabinet mine documents the transformation from miner to toy maker with a visual representation.

It consists of three parts. The basic component is the mechanical candle arch base. This can be fitted with the candle arches from the “From miner to toy maker” series. It is also possible to purchase a candle arch specially made for this base, in the middle of which a moving miner goes about his work.

This can be seen in the picture above together with the base: item number 202/160/M.

This means that the base is available separately, but the mechanical candle arch only in combination with the base because the gear is in the base.

A cabinet was also designed in which the base and candle arch fit wonderfully to demonstrate the effort of the work, but also the pride of the miners in their daily performance.

This candle arch, together with the moving base, forms a successful composition, of course also in a window at Christmas time.

Humpback mine: Miners with disabilities carried this on their backs. It served as an example of how miners worked underground. The mine was demonstrated at markets and other gatherings using a hand crank.
